I use design and technology to create positive change, gaining insight into nonprofits' needs and challenges by employing design thinking principles and conducting user research. I specialise in streamlining IT systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

My human-centred approach prioritises users' experiences and encourages tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements. Through collaboration with stakeholders, I work to drive innovation and enhance the user experience, allowing organisations to serve their communities better. I use design and technology to create a significant impact and positive change for nonprofit organisations.

At the beginning at Sussex Learning trust I was responsible for hardware and infrastructure maintenance and I.T support and gain more roles through my time such as the production of digital and printed assets for internal communication, learning and events, video production, audio editing and recording, website creation and management and software instructor.

I started as a junior designer creating visual identities for long-distance education courses, elaborating printed and digital assets and editorial design for books and magazines.Within UFC Virtual I also absorbed other responsibilities throughout time such as manager of the design team at COMFOR where we had the responsibility to create visual identities, elaboration of printed and digital materials, editorial design, social media management, event coverage  and website development and maintenance.During this time I worked in partnership with The Center of Long Distance Education of Ceara, The Brazilian Ministry of Education and the Secretariat of Education of Ceara.

While at FIEC I worked with the Communications and International Business Center of the State of Ceará teams being responsible for the creation of printed and digital assets, editorial design for travel manuals, website management, social media and mailing list management.

I find hugely important the work of nonprofits, that's why I offer a discounted hourly rate for nonprofit organizations. They often have limit access design methods and tools, so I dedicate part of my hours to empower nonprofits to have a greater impact on the world through design by providing design solutions that help them achieve their goals, analyse opportunities, and deliver impactful services to their communities.

I believe that design and education play important roles in volunteer work as they can improve the impact and effectiveness of volunteer efforts.
