The Boury Academy, from a previous project, faced a significant challenge with its outdated website. The existing platform could have been more visually appealing and needed more essential functionalities, hindering the academy's ability to communicate its mission and services effectively to various stakeholders.

We took part of the Challenge Based Innovation (CBI) where we worked with CERN, one of the world’s leading research centres in particle physics, where we had to use a Attract technology to make a disruptive innovation for societal impact.​ At CBI we managed to apply our hard skills to challenging projects, in an entrepreneurial setting. We worked in a multidisciplinary team, develop critical thinking and got hands-on to make our ideas real through prototyping and validation.

I carried out this work for the Master Final Thesis for the conclusion of the Masters in Design Management class of 2022, in partnership with The Boury Academy, Community Interest Company based in Lambeth. The end result is a report of the work undertaken and suggestions for improvement and a framework for future development.

The challenge presented by Siemens Mobility is to make transport accessible for all, transforming everyday commuting experiences to contribute to a better, sustainable tomorrow, by identifying passenger personas and their specific needs, particularly focusing on those with special requirements or additional needs.
